This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is evident throughout. 20 minutes' walk from the train station, walking distance to victoria park. Can’t find anything wrong. Food is good!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tin Hau MTR station, making it easy to explore the city using public transport. Additionally, there are many shops nearby where you can easily find any supplies you may need.
The hotel could improve on explaining the facilities and services they offer to guests.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the spectacular views from the high floor. the fact that the room had a kitchenette and a washing machine was very convenient. the location was also great, being close to public transportation and within walking distance to several local restaurants and a shopping mall.
The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional at times. There were some issues with checking in and getting accurate information.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay in this serviced apartment! First, the apartment was very clean and well-maintained. Second, the location was spot-on; we were just a few blocks away from the public transportation and a supermarket. Plus, the area was filled with small restaurants perfect for date night. Finally, we appreciated the privacy and comfort the apartment afforded us, it was the perfect romantic escape.
We did have a few dislikes. For starters, the bed was a bit small and uncomfortable for my partner who is taller than average.

Equinox Mercury Serviced Apartments offered a comfortable and quiet stay, perfect for a relaxing trip. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our needs by changing our room and ensuring we had a pleasant experience. The mini flat was a nice touch, adding extra convenience to our stay.
